"What language do you deram in?" is one of the many questions my students have asked me in the past years. Do I dream in Japanese? Do I dream in English? The answer is I tend to dream in both languages. In my head, both langues comes naturally so in my dream depending on who I am talking to the languages I speak will be different. When I sleep talk, I often speak in both languages as well.
In the middle school, my English as Second Language teacher had told me that once you start having a dream where you are speaking the language you are learning, your brain is starting to think in that language without translating from your mother language/first language.
